Our U12 team enjoyed an excellent week, defeating Liverpool College in the Liverpool Cup semi-final to secure their place in the final. They followed this with another impressive performance, beating Ripley St. John by 16 runs in the Lancashire Plate quarter-final, earning a place in the semi-final against Archbishop Temple, Preston.

The success continued with our U14 team, who produced a superb display to defeat West Derby in the Liverpool Cup semi-final, booking their place in the final with a confident and determined performance.

Our U15 team also enjoyed a fantastic week. They overcame Liverpool College in the Liverpool Cup semi-final to progress to the final before completing an excellent victory over St Margaret's Anfield (SMA) in the rearranged U14 Liverpool Cup Final from last season. Posting an impressive total of 185-5, the team went on to win by 30 runs, capping off a memorable performance.

These achievements are a testament to the dedication, teamwork and resilience shown by our players throughout the season. Their success reflects not only their cricketing ability but also the commitment they have demonstrated in training and competition.

An especially impressive milestone is that every Blue Coat team from Years 7 to 10 has now reached their respective Liverpool Cup Final, with the finals set to take place in September.
