The Trust Board of The Blue Coat School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, a strategic vision, and the ability to effectively manage both people and resources.

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader, be committed to academic excellence and the development of our students. They will work closely with the Headteacher, staff, and wider school community to drive innovation and continuous improvement. The postholder will take a strategic lead on both pastoral and academic responsibilities.

This role would suit a Deputy headteacher who has significant experience in a senior leadership role.
