For over forty years students from across Merseyside have taken part in the Mathematical Education on Merseyside Challenge and Senior Challenge, a take home competition aimed at students in Year 7 and Year 8 and Years 9 and 10.
This year’s challenge consisted of eight questions and tested participants’ knowledge and understanding on a wide range of topics with an overriding theme of travel and transport.
