As a School, we challenge and encourage students to succeed academically, and it is very important that we support our students in their next steps. The annual Careers Fair provides a very good platform for our senior students to look at a wide variety of options, both studying from an increasing number of subjects at University and investigating alternative routes to careers.

Whilst financial support from our Old Blues is very much appreciated, we are fortunate that many help support our students by sharing their skills and expertise. We regularly hold Careers Fairs and Enterprise Days and also organise talks for our students on a variety of topics.

Below are some examples of how you could help –

  • Have a stall at our Careers Day and Enterprise Day
  • Help with mock interviews
  • Offer work placements for our Sixth Form students
  • Come in to speak to our students about your career path.

Recently Old Blue Professor Simon Hands returned to the Blue Coat to speak to our Sixth Form physics students – click here for more information.
