We are looking for an enthusiastic Attendance and Parent Liaison Officer to help improve student attendance and support families in overcoming barriers to learning. You will act as a key link between parents/carers and the school, fostering positive relationships and ensuring students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on student attendance; identify patterns of absence and lateness.
• Contact parents/carers and work with students to improve attendance.
• Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies as needed.
• Facilitate meetings between families and school staff to resolve issues.
• Support school initiatives, equality and community engagement.
