Thank you to the donors of the 'Bright Minds Bright Future' project, who have funded the re-development of the Learning Resource Centre.

The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is now under construction, to be opened in January 2024.  

The LRC will provide all students with a wide range of materials to support them in their academic development in a quiet, fully staffed space, whilst the 'reading for pleasure' mezzanine area will encourage all members of the school community to read. A range of events within the LRC at lunchtime and after school will promote reading for pleasure as well as providing cultural enhancement events.

The LRC lower floor area will include 38 computers and new carousel workstations.

The LRC mezzanine area will be a dedicated reading area with hundreds of new books, new bookcases and comfy reading chairs.

The whole area is being redecorated to modernise, with new lighting, electrical wiring, the lower floor and ceiling are being restored and the mezzanine floor is being updated.
