The Blue Coat Community has recently come together to create a Development Board – it is exciting that there is now a vehicle for all the groups that play a role at The Blue Coat School to all come together for a common purpose.
The Board represents the School, Governing Body, Foundation, Old Blues and PA in driving forward our future development activities to ensure we are able to offer the very best resources and facilities for our current and future students. The Development Board is Chaired by Carl Cross, who is an Old Blue from the Class of 1989 and a Foundation Trustee.
Carl Cross, Chair of the Development Board…
“The Blue Coat Development Board has been established to oversee a professional and focussed income generation strategy designed to enhance and improve school facilities and thus the education of pupils. The Board is comprised of representatives of all component bodies of the Blue Coat community – all working together for the long term good of the school. I am a past pupil of the School and currently also serve as a Foundation trustee. I look forward to working with all colleagues in the months and years ahead as we pursue a goal I know we all share – of ensuring that The Blue Coat School has the resources to continue to provide a first class education to its students.”
