As part of The Blue Coat School’s Information, Advice and Guidance programme, students from Years 8, 11 and 12 and their parents were invited to attend our annual careers fair.

The two hour event, held on Thursday 2nd March, saw over fifty exhibitors, from a variety of sectors including web design, scientific research, teaching, law and finance attend, as well as representatives from a number of local and national universities.

Reflecting on the event Assistant Head and coordinator of Information, Advice and Guidance Ms Holland stated, “The School is delighted that so many professionals give their time to share their enthusiasm to support, advise and guide our students as they embark on their decisions about GCSEs, A levels and post-18 plans. This was a fabulous and encouraging way for students from Years 8, 11 and 12 to research a range of options for their future career.”
